PEI and PET Double Sided Texture Magnetic Steel Sheet for 3D Printer

PEI powder coated textured magnetic steel sheet consist of a thin sheet of magnetic steel that is coated with a layer of PEI powder that has been textured with a raised diamond pattern.

PET carbon fiber texture magnetic steel sheets consist of a thin sheet of magnetic steel that is coated with a layer of PET plastic that has been infused with carbon fiber. This texture helps to provide a better grip for 3D prints, which can prevent slipping and shifting during the printing process.

Both surface provides a textured surface that can help to improve adhesion and grip for 3D prints. PET Surface suitable for PLA & PETG, and PEI surface suitable for PLA, PETG, ASA, HIPS & ABS. Magnetic steel sheets are easy to attach and remove from the printer bed, and can be wiped down with a damp cloth to maintain cleanliness.

Installation guide
- When installing the base magnetic with pre-applied 3M sticker, ensure the surface is clean and begin to stick it in one direction from the top and slowly push towards the bottom to ensure it is flat and no bubbles.

Maintenance
Wipe the print surface before and after a print with isopropyl alcohol to maintain a clean surface for maximum bed adhesion strength. As with any build surface, make sure you are not printing too close to the bed to avoid possibly infusing the filament into the build surface

Note: Do not use ACETONE to clean the PEI surface.
